Sarah Marland appointed CLCNSW Executive Director

 

We are delighted to announce that Sarah Marland has been appointed as Executive Director of CLCNSW.

Sarah brings a wealth of leadership experience to the role and has extensive experience in strategic development, law reform, governance, campaign management, research and media. 

Sarah has demonstrated over 20 years commitment to human rights and justice in Australia and internationally, including leading human rights research and campaigns at Amnesty International, leading the International Coalition of Women Human Rights Defenders, and policy at the Disability Royal Commission. Sarah has also lectured in advocacy and research and is a published author.

Sarah has been Manager of Policy and Advocacy at CLCNSW since May 2022 and will commence in the Executive Director role on 15 January 2024.
