Victims Services Training for Community Workers: Wollongong
A practical workshop for social workers, health workers and community workers to strengthen skills in preparing Victims Services applications. Developed by a statewide working group of experts from community legal centres and women’s health services across NSW.
This event is delivered in partnership by Community Legal Centres NSW and Illawarra Legal Centre.

Sector Sessions: Plain Language in Practice
This free, one-hour online showcase will be delivered by representatives from three community legal centres, who will share how they design and deliver plain language documents, factsheets and community resources that truly reach their audiences.
Presenters from Western Sydney CLC, Intellectual Disability Rights Service and the Inner City Legal Centre will discuss how they approach drafting, testing and reviewing plain language materials, the internal processes that make it sustainable, and how they tailor content for different communities.
