The report starts with an Overview and some Recommendations and then draws attention on different topics as follow: Child Protection in NSW: Defining the Problem, Reponding to the Shaping a Better Child Protection System Discussion Paper and finally, the CLCNSW's Funding Proposal.
This report acknowledges the contribution of different groups such as Central Coast Community Legal Centre, Hume Riverina Community Legal Service, Hunter Community Legal Centre INC., Intellectual Disability Rights Service, Macarthur Legal Centre, Redfern Legal Centre, Wirringa Baiya Aboriginal Women Legal Centre, Women's Legal Service NSW and Western NSW Community Legal Centre Inc.,in providing case studies to support this submission but also the CLCNSW Care & Protection Network, as well as Robyn Roelandts and Thea Deakin-Greenwood, for their contributions to developing the CLC Care & Protection Model.
